Agreed. I like the 360 but Halo is an over rated franchise. I bought the first one twice! I sold the first one because it was so drab in land scape and those red and blue aliens are lame. I bought it again because people kept ranting and raving so I thought- ok maybe I'm missing something. Nope it is what it is, Halo an average FPS.

Who care what system its on. If you played Nights on Sega Saturn chances are you have a job by now(HOPEFULLY) and are able to afford a Wii in addition to your 360 or PS3. Its 250 bux for Christ sakes. A TRUE Nights fan you would be excited about its return PERIOD.
Sega probably didnt want to dump a load of doe on a title that has a such a small cult following. The Wii was the safest route to take and a smart move as its cheaper to develope for.

IMHO I think a huge chunk of PS3 execs and sales and marketing staff shoud be fuggin fired! Kaz included, first he made that bonehead statement a few weeks ago about PS3 owners will expect to see better games in 2009 and now this sh!t about home being delayed and no major game annoucements and no price drop announcement?

Man, I was really hoping they would announce FF7 if not tat the Sony conference then atleast at the SquarEnix conference. I'm having serious doubts about it now. I have never been to TGS but I have been to 3 E3 expos here in LA and it is my experience that companies reveal and brag about their content. There are games that are shown behind closed door but if FF7 was in store for PS3... it seems like that would be something that Kaz would want to touch on.

I havent seen anything exciting. Dual shock is just a controller but can we have some newly announced games to play with it? I hope Sony breaks FF7 for PS3(if it exist) or I'm gonna start worrying. Sony has got to have a f'n trick up their sleeve.

Wipeout is the King of futuristic racing(except that crap on PS2). The game looks amazing and if gameplay holds true to the brilliant Wipeout formula then what we have here is an stunning lookin futuristic racer that blazes with so much speed it'll strain your eyes. Pussies need not apply though. This is no pick up and play, and the learning curve isnt easy so you actually have to work to be good but it feels so gooooooood once you get nice. WO:HD is a must have for me.

I'm with you on 08. Sticking to specifics though, MGS4 is gonna kick royal ass. One of my most HIGHLY anticipated titles for next year.
Not for Wii. They are actually really helpful and respond quickly. My Wii was hiccuping on all of my games even the VC games were jerky. Called Nintendo support and after going thru the automated ques, a service rep answered after 3 rings, She was very helpful and after a few questions advised me to either send it in or drive to a NinWIR center for same day service. So the best thing was I didnt even have to send it in for repair. Apparently Nintendo has walk in repair stores in place(NinWIR)...
